Terms and Conditions for the Intuitive HeART Circle
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please read carefully. By purchasing this program, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Sedona Medium, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") and You ("Client" or "You").
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Sedona Medium, LLC agrees to provide access to the "Intuitive HeART Circle" program ("Program") beginning Thursday, June 19, 2025. This is a 12-week online creative and intuitive development experience consisting of six live Zoom gatherings, creative prompts, and a WhatsApp sharing group. By enrolling in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Six (6) live Zoom-based sessions, held every other week
- Soul Sparks: curated prompts delivered by email on alternating weeks
- Recordings of live sessions (available for 7 days following each session)
- WhatsApp group for sharing art, reflections, and encouragement
WHATSAPP COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND DISCLAIMER
Participation in the WhatsApp group is optional. The group is provided for supportive sharing and community connection only. It is not monitored 24/7 and is not intended for crisis support. By participating in the WhatsApp group, you agree to:
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members
- Share with kindness and refrain from giving unsolicited advice
- Refrain from self-promotion or solicitation
- Take full responsibility for your words and posts
You also agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute any personal stories, artwork, or reflections shared within the WhatsApp group without express written permission from the original poster.
Sedona Medium, LLC is not liable for interactions that occur in the WhatsApp group and reserves the right to remove anyone from the group who violates these guidelines without refund.
NO MEMBER PORTAL There is no member portal for this Program. All content will be delivered via live Zoom sessions, email, and WhatsApp. Recordings will be sent by email and hosted for one week after the live event. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their own copies within the time line given.Â
CODE OF CONDUCT This Circle is a sacred and supportive space. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Show up with respect for yourself and others
- Participate with kindness, curiosity, and compassion
- Hold others' stories in confidence
- Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior
Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
FEES AND PAYMENT The fee for the Program is $499, due at the time of registration. No payment plans are offered for this Program.
REFUND POLICY All sales are final and non-refundable for any reason.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All program content is the intellectual property of Sedona Medium, LLC. You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share materials with others.
MEDIA & TESTIMONIAL CONSENT From time to time, we may request to feature participant artwork, testimonials, or quotes from the WhatsApp group or live sessions. No content will ever be used publicly without your written permission. You may choose to decline, and your experience in the Program will not be affected in any way.
DISCLAIMERS By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that Christina Wooten and Sedona Medium, LLC are not acting as therapists, medical professionals, or financial advisors. The Program is for educational and spiritual development purposes only.
Your participation in the Program does not establish a professional-client relationship beyond the duration of the Program. Any personal outcomes or transformations are not guaranteed and are dependent on your individual participation and personal process.
TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to a stable internet connection and current versions of Zoom, email, and WhatsApp in order to participate. Sedona Medium, LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties or access issues on the user’s end.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sedona Medium, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.
GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or nearest to Sedona, Arizona.
